The shipping of your package

The packages are shipped within a delay of 2 to 3 calendar days after the receipt of payment (except in case of stock shortage, force majeure or school break). 

They can be shipped via Post office Colissimo with a tracking number and delivered with a signature, via Post office at a point of withdrawal with a tracking number or by messenger upon request in Paris intramuros. 

The packages can as well be shipped via any other carrier of your choice and at your own delivery charges. Please, let us know if you prefer another delivery mode apart from the one which is suggested. But whatever the delivery mode is, we will send you a link to track it online. 

Our goods always travel at risks and responsibilities of the buyer; the transfer of that responsibility happens during the delivery of the products to the carrier. 

The packaging and shipping costs as well as the preparation costs are all included within the expedition charges. The delivery costs are free for metropolitan France for any purchase exceeding 90 Euro TTC, bellow that, the cost would be 9 Euro TTC for a Colissimo shipping to your homes, and  7 Euro TTC for a Colissimo shipping point of withdrawal . It would cost 16 Euro TTC for Europe and DOM-TOM and 28 Euro TTC for other destinations (it should be noted that they can be subject to a price quote during the order placement if this latter fills less common conditions such as size volume). Insurance is included among these costs. 

If, in case, this delay is not respected, in absence of major force, the customer is allowed to claim damages at the Jurisdiction, the application and granting of damages are of course conditional on the recognition of injuries by the awaiting trial.

 Return of order 

Under the Article L 121-20 of the French consumer code modified by the law N°2010-737 on July 1st, 2010 art. 59, the customer benefits of a delay of 14(fourteen) calendar days to use his right of retractation, needless of explanations or bearing the penalties, starting from the reception day of the package. The exercise of this right is realized through a correspondence which formalizes the delay of 14(fourteen) calendar days with the MEDAÏ SAS. The exercise of this right doesn’t lead to the refund of postal costs for return. It is the customer’s responsibility.

The return request must be written substantially following this retractation application form bellow:

WARNING: particular case of the custom-made jewel. The Article L. 121-20 of the French consumer code does not apply for the configurator space (or the custom-made jewel).

The products must imperatively be in good state and put back inside their original packaging, to which should be added another packaging that covers the whole; they must not have any sign of being used and must be returned with all their accessories. 

Only after making sure that all these conditions were filled that the company MEDAÏ would proceed to the refund of the amount that corresponds to the returned items, excepting the initial delivery costs that are still at the charges of the customer. If any of these conditions is not met, no refund will be acceptable, the customer will remain owner of the products which then will be sent back to him via post office or at his disposal in our office.
